16Typeが公式スポンサーに！ISTP佐藤りえさんMrs. of the Year 2026への挑戦

人生って、思いもよらないバナナがあちこちから飛んでくるようで、面白いものですね。
昨夜から、16Typeは、来月開催される「Mrs. & Mr. of the Year JAPAN Beauty Pageant」のファイナリスト、佐藤りえさん（ISTP）の公式スポンサーになりました。
りえさんは、岩手で長く16Typeコミュニティに参加してくださっているメンバーです。
今回、特に心を動かされたのが、りえさんが私に送ってくれた、ISTPという自分のタイプと出会ってからの変化についてのメッセージでした。

ISTPの私は、物事を合理的に考え、分析し、自分自身が納得できる答えを求める傾向があります。
そんな私が、16Typeを通して出会った皆さんとの交流によって、これまでの自分の価値観に変化を感じるようになりました。
合理性だけでは説明のつかない、人との出会いや感情の豊かさ。
その存在に気づけたことが、私にとって大きな転機となりました。
私がこの舞台に立とうと思えたのも、皆さんとの出会いが、変わることの大切さと、一歩踏み出す勇気を教えてくださったからです。
だからこそ、私が新しい一歩を踏み出すこの舞台に、16Type株式会社様のお名前を掲げさせていただきたいと考えております。
私の挑戦に、皆さんとの出会いの証を残したい。

It is funny how life throws different random bananas our way.
Starting last night, 16 Type has become an official sponsor for Rie Sato (ISTP) who is a finalist for the MRS. JAPAN Beauty Pageant happening next month.
Rie has been a longtime member of our type community in Iwate.
I was particularly moved by Rie's message to me about the process she has gone through since encountering her type as an ISTP:
"As an ISTP, I tend to approach things rationally, analyze them, and seek answers that make sense to me. Through my interactions with the people I have met through 16Type, however, I have begun to notice a shift in my values. The connections we make with others and the richness of our emotions cannot be explained by rationality alone.
Recognizing this was a major turning point for me.
The reason I found the courage to stand on this stage is that meeting all of you taught me the importance of embracing change and the courage to take a step forward.
I want this challenge to carry a lasting reminder of the connections I have made with all of you."
